The issue that we had was that we had requested early check in. It was approved. When we arrived, we could not get in. I had to call firefly customer service to get inside the house. The other issue that we had, was that we also requested late checkout. We were told it would be $65 an hour for up to 2 hours. Normal checkout is 11am to if we wanted to stay the 2 extra hours, checkout would be 1 pm. We decided to go to the pool and when we came back around 11, we could not get back inside the house, again. I had to call firefly customer service. When we were leaving and taking everything out of the house, around 1250, we were locked out the house again. We had everything that we needed but we wanted to do one final walkthrough to make sure we got everything besides we still had 10 min or so I thought. I called firefly and I was told late checkout was only until 12pm which we were told up to 1pm. The experience of early/late checkout wasn’t worth it for the price or hassle.

After a few not so great Airbnb experiences in the past, I was honestly a bit hesitant but this stay completely changed that for me. The place was spotless, well kept, and immediately felt comfortable. I really appreciated the privacy, which made it easy to relax and feel safe. The amenities on the property were a huge plus and made the whole experience even better. It was located in a beautiful area, truly felt like a stress free stay. I’ll definitely be booking here again in the future!
